EROAD to remain live with the ARC in 2024
EROAD has reinforced its commitment to the Bosch Motorsport Australia Rally Championship by extending its affiliation for another year.
First joining in 2021 before enjoying two full seasons as the naming rights partner for the EROAD Power Stage, EROAD will now come on as the official partner for all live content at each round in 2024. In addition to backing what will now be known as ‘EROAD Lives’, we will also provide ARC event organisers with our state-of-the-art EROAD Clarity Dashcams for use at events.
The aim of the cameras will be to increase safety and judicial procedures, with one of the major benefits allowing event organisers the opportunity to see the damage of a crash in real time. The cameras can also be used by ARC Stewards to help make sporting judgements if required in an appropriate and timely manner.
Ahead of what is expected to be another big season for the ARC, EROAD Executive General Manager ANZ, Konrad Stempniak was pleased to sign on as a key sponsor for a third year.
“The EROAD Power Stage has been a highly successful initiative over the past few years and we have loved being part of its remarkable growth, which culminated in an unforgettable end to the 2023 season in Canberra,” Stempniak said.
“The ARC also continues to flourish, so for us to extend our support for another year was a no-brainer – especially since it has transformed into an extremely high quality and world class product.
“And while the capacity to which we remain involved will slightly change, there is a unique opportunity to be part of next year’s live content brought to thousands of fans around the country.
“We’re also looking forward to deepening our collaboration by providing the ARC with our dashcams – this will further enhance the competition’s commitment to safety.”
Motorsport Australia Director of Motorsport & Commercial Operations, Michael Smith thanked EROAD for our ongoing support. “We’re immensely grateful to EROAD for their continued dedication and support to the ARC and are excited to work alongside Konrad and the team for another year,” Smith said.
“They have been excellent supporters of the ARC as a whole for the past few years, so we’re pleased that they have committed to another year of helping us bring live content to rally fans around the nation.
“We’re also very much looking forward to getting access to EROAD’s dashcams – I have no doubt they will give organisers another tool to increase the safety of our competitors and management of crashes at events.”
The 2023 Bosch Motorsport Australia Rally Championship begins with the Rally of Canberra on 5-7 April.
